FAQ
1. How do i book?
There are a number of ways you can book. Our preferred and easiest method is through our online booking system which can be found below all of our products/packages. This allows you to check the availability of the product/package and enter all the details we need for your booking. We are happy to take bookings over the phone. Should you wish to speak to someone regarding a booking you can call us on: 07445 243 051. Or you can contact us through our Facebook where we will happily discuss ideas and guide you through our booking process.
2. How much notice is needed to book?
We highly recommend you book early as availability is limited. We ask for at least 2 days notice through our online booking system, this allows us time to confirm your booking. For bookings within 48 hours we ask you to call to check availability as we maybe able to fit you between all current bookings.
3. How much is hire?
All our prices can be found under the product or package. Some delivery areas may incur a small additional delivery charge which will be shown to you before you fill out your booking form. Collections after 8pm will also incur additional charges.
4. How long do we get the equipment?
We allow you to keep the equipment for the full duration of the party. We ask for approximately 15-25 minutes either side of your party to allow us to set up and pack away. In some cases we may deliver early and collect later should the venue allow this in order to fit around other hires that day.
5. What is the latest collection time?
Our latest collection time is 8pm throughout the whole year - this is to ensure a safe collection. Anything after 8pm we do ask you to pay an additional charge. £10 for every hour after 8pm will be added to your total hire charge.
5. Can we hire outdoors?
We offer a variety of packages available to book throughout the whole year. Some packages such as soft play, selected bouncy castles, party extras and party packages are indoor only - this will be specified on the product/package page. We will also confirm this during your confirmation call. Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
7. What areas do you hire to?
Due to being based in Stourbridge we have easy links to a variety of areas surrounding Stourbridge. Our main areas of hire include; Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Dudley, Wolverhampton and the near surrounding area. It is possible for us to hire to venue and homes outside of these areas but we ask that you contact us before booking to discuss additional travel charges. You will find a postcode checker on our home page which allows you to check your postcode against our main areas of hire.
6. What happens if i wish to cancel?
In most cases we ask you to pay a booking fee. This acts as your deposit. We ask for a minimum of £10 booking fee in order to secure the date. We understand in some circumstances you are left with no option but to cancel the party. We do not refund your booking fee unless the party is cancelled 7 days prior to the booking.
7. Is there an age limit on your products?
If there is a restriction on the users of the product, it will be outlined on our products page. For example our Toddler Bounce has a user height restriction of 1.25m. Should you need further help please contact us!
8. Our venue has requested to see your insurance, what do we do?
In most cases we have found that a venue will ask to see our insurance certificate. If this is the case please contact us. We will either forwards our insurance certificate to them, post a copy to the venue or supply yourselves with a copy. We hold a £5,000,000 Public liability insurance on all our equipment.
9. We have changed our minds of the theme we want, can we change it?
We will make every effort to amend your booking to suit your new chosen theme where possible. In some circumstances this may not be possible due to other hires that day. If you wish to make amendments to your booking please contact us as soon as possible.
