It has come to our attention that some venues do not allow bouncy castles, it is vitally important that you confirm with the venue what they allow and do not allow before booking. Should you book before checking and need to amend your booking there will be no charge for this. Should you need to cancel due to this, your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. We strongly recommend either contacting your venue or in some case contact us before booking, as we can then put a hold on the date whilst you await your venues response.

Many venues in the Kidderminster area request proof of insurance upon booking the venue - please do not worry. We hold a £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance Policy and are more than happy to show a venue our certificates. To obtain our certificate please contact us where we will give you three options; 1.
