Hiring for use in my garden:

We ask all our customers now to send a clear photo of their garden. This allows us to carry out an online risk assessment to check that your garden is suitable for a Bouncy Castle. You can send this image via text to 07445 243 051, email it to us at: info@keiransoftplayhire.co.uk, send us a message on Facebook or Whatsapp us.

All the important details we need will have already been submitted on the booking form. Sit back and await our confirmation call. Should you need a little more assistance or require confirmation sooner than 24/48 hours please contact us.

What happens next?

Your hard work is all complete and now its our turn... behind the scenes we will now check over all your details, triple check our product availability and then check our availability to come out to you, set up and collect.

As you maybe aware we cover a vast majority of the West Midlands, which mean it can be a challenge for me to reach everyone of you in time. We will confirm all our current party times and attempt to make room for your party. We will never confirm our parties without knowing that we can guarantee our 5 star service which we are proud of.
